Today
- Contributions arrive by transfer to a treasurer’s account.
- Receipts are screenshots in a group chat.
- Records live in one person’s spreadsheet.
- Money sits idle between projects.
- A change of committee means a handover problem.
Your committee keeps control. We handle the fund management, the records and the reporting.
THE EVERYDAY WORK OF RUNNING A GROUP
GROUPS WITH A SHARED PURPOSE
FOR YOUR EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
A single ledger of every contribution, by member and by period.
A create, confirm and approve chain, so no one person can move money alone.
Membership tiers your committee defines, with fees your committee sets.
A document repository for bylaws, minutes and statements.
Periodic reporting on your group’s pooled fund.
A named contact at Alumni Assets.
FOR EVERY MEMBER
NIGERIA AND THE DIASPORA

Members contribute in their own currency, the conversion is shown before they confirm, and the committee sees the contribution the same day.

Membership tier fees are set and retained by your association. Fund management fees are stated in the offer document for each fund before any contribution is taken.
Nigerian withholding tax applies to distributions. Without a Tax ID, a distribution has to be held until one is provided.
Yes. Groups can register, onboard members and begin recording contributions while funds are being finalized.
